Latin Rulers of Constantinople, 1204-1261. Trachy (Bronze, 22 mm, 1.80 g, 6 h), small module, Constantinopolis. Christ enthroned facing, nimbate, wearing pallium and colobium, raising his right hand in benediction and holding book of gospels in his left. Rev. Half-length bust of emperor facing, wearing crown with pendilia and loros, holding cruciform scepter in his right hand. SB 2044 ff. Two edge cracks, otherwise, about extremely fine.
